Our team of dedicated wedding specialists are on hand to guide you through the planning of your special day to make for a dream wedding experience.

Located just 30 minutes north of Melbourne’s CBD and 10 minutes for Tullamarine Airport, Aitken Hill is a hidden treasure in the North and has built its reputation on providing 5 Star Food & Wine and outstanding service for up to 300 guests.

All this combined with extensive accommodation and an array of recreational facilities for family and friends to enjoy.

Your Ceremony

 

Choose from any number of romantic settings within the private grounds, from tranquil garden settings, lakeside backdrops or simply exchange your vows beneath a towering grey ghost gum tree.

A ceremony can be tailored to each bridal couple.

Aitken Hill provides the perfect backdrop for your wedding photos, with manicured gardens, lakes, ponds, jetty and willow trees - the locations and possibilities are endless.

Relax while having your photos taken knowing that your guests are being entertained before your reception by upgrading your package to include post ceremony refreshments for your guests to enjoy in the Cirque Lounge.

Includes: Sparkling Wine, Heavy Beer and Mocktails

30 minute service @ $15.00 per person
1 hour service @ $20.00 per perso

Accommodation

 

Aitken Hill has 120 King or Twin rooms capable of accommodating 240 guests, plus 4 Luxury Suites. All rooms are abundant in natural light and fresh air, offering a peaceful and relaxing retreat.

As part of your stay, Our gift to you on your wedding day is a complimentary stay in one of our Luxury Suites, after your wedding reception.

Enjoy your wedding day here with us at Aitken Hill followed by your stay in our luxury accommodation and join back up with your family and friends for a buffet breakfast.

Pre & Post Wedding Fun 

 

Aitken Hill can offer pre and post wedding reception options you may wish to consider. A round of golf, or an intimate private lunch, dinner or high tea with family and friends is an ideal way to finish off this special weekend.

Cirque Lounge

The Cirque Lounge offers you the option of having a relaxing space for your guests to enjoy a pre-function beverage, while you complete all the formalities.

High Tea

Enjoy sweet and savoury dishes served in the delightful surroundings of the Woodlands Room.

Pre & Post Celebrations

Share a decadent private lunch or dinner with your closest friends and family, or a private breakfast in our Woodlands Room.

As part of your stay, Aitken Hill also offers complimentary recreational facilities, including a 6 hole golf course, indoor heated 25m pool, indoor heated spa, sauna, gymnasium, walking and running tracks, beach volleyball court, flood lit tennis courts, basketball court, mountain bikes, billiards, bocce and cricket.

 

General Information

 

Bookings & Deposit

In order to secure your desired date at Aitken Hill an initial deposit of $2,000 is required.

Dates can be held for 5 days, however the date is not secured without the deposit, a courtesy call will be made should your preferred date be inquired about.

Upon receipt of your holding deposit, a Booking Agreement (to be signed by both parties) will be sent to you that outlines our terms and conditions.

Three months prior to your wedding, a payment to the value of 50% of the contracted price is payable. Thirty days prior to your wedding - upon confirmation of final numbers, your final invoice is payable.
