Designed by award winning architects Peddle Thorpe, Aitken Hill is a purpose built, dedicated conferencing and events venue that leads the way in cutting edge and state of the art technology. Aitken Hill proudly boasts 6000 square metres of conferencing space, as well as extensive accommodation and first class recreational facilities. Set on a spectacular 170 acre private property, Aitken Hill's native Australian flora and fauna co-exist peacefully amongst their breathtaking surrounds.

  • Exit airport onto Tullamarine freeway
  • Exit at Mickleham Road (first exit on the freeway)
  • Turn left into Mickleham Road (head North along Mickleham Road for approximately 10kms)
  • Look for the blue Aitken Hill sign near the CFA station. Turn right into Dunhelen Lane

Our Team

Whether your conference or event is large or small, you will find our facilities flawless, service attentive and cuisine world class.

Our dedicated team is led by a group of hand selected specialists in the fields of hospitality, food and beverage, front of house, fine cuisine, maintenance and cleaning.

At Aitken Hill, our staff take great pride in providing an outstanding level of customer service, a friendly yet unobtrusive disposition and the best possible conferencing experience for all guests.

Safety & Security

The safety and security of all our guests is Aitken Hill's priority.

Safety

All Aitken Hill staff are trained in emergency procedures, fully trained in first aid and fire wardens are on site 24 hours a day. Epping hospital is located fifteen minutes away and a doctor, dentist and chemist five minutes away.

Security

Aitken Hill has a range of security features, including 24-hour security and reception services, electronic access control systems and security monitoring.

Specialist professional security services are available for guests requiring a heightened level of privacy or confidentiality. Services can be arranged via our conference sales team on (03) 9217 4888.

Privacy

Sections of, or the entirety of Aitken Hill can be made exclusively accessible to groups requiring a heightened level of privacy. All seminar, syndicate and boardrooms are fitted with soundproof walls. Our discreet events team provide appropriate support where necessary.
